How do the holes get in the cheese?
You will learn this and much more on our guided tour through the show dairy.Together with a group companion, you will visit the Küherstöckli from 1741, the fire engine cheese dairy from 1900 and then embark on the King's Trail.
At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a cheese tasting with various degrees of ripeness of Emmentaler AOP. The guided tour with Königsweg can be booked in German, English or French. For a group of maximum 25 people, the guided tour lasts approximately one hour. For larger groups, the duration varies. Of course, the secret of how the holes get into the cheese will be revealed. :-)

The guided tour takes place by appointment. The times can be chosen individually within the opening hours. You decide when the tour starts!
For groups of 25 people or more, two tours can be conducted in parallel.
