Daily at 10:10 a.m. you can watch the curd being filled into the press (moulds).
Production and times

Visit the Königsweg and discover the history of the brand and the production of Emmentaler AOP on the self-guided "digitional" tour.
King's Path

Has the fine aroma of melted cheese or golden fried rösti reached your nose? Then it's time for a fine lunch with the best regional ingredients. In the restaurant or outside on the sunny terrace.
Lunch

Help out with the fresh cheese production at 2:00 p.m. - an experience for the whole family.

Fresh cheese workshop

The playground is right next to the sun terrace and is a real magnet with its cheese trampoline, hamster wheel and giant swing. It is usually only left again to visit the Schouchäsi goats or to enjoy a fine dessert from the restaurant. Right next to it is also the pasture, where the grazing cows can be admired. An all-round "cool" experience for the whole family.

Discover the other highlights such as the beautiful Stöckli, the Spycher, the garden or the former cheese dairy from 1900.
Only 10 minutes away on foot, following the hiking trails in the direction of Sumiswald, you will find the beautiful Grand Tour Spot with views over the Emmental hills to the Oberland mountains Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. 

And have you visited the cute dwarf goats yet? Food is available for purchase at the information desk. :-)

For cheese lovers and gourmets. In our cheese showcase you will find the largest selection of Emmentaler AOP and many unique specialties from the show dairy and the Emmental. For beautiful and fine memories of the unforgettable day in the Emmental show dairy.
Cheese store

Visit the show bakery in the old fire engine cheese dairy and watch how the delicious bread and dessert creations are made. A particular speciality of the Meier bakery are the long-run doughs, which rest for up to 48 hours before processing.
Show bakery

Discover in the old "Speicher" building how butter was traditionally made in the past - and still is today. You will find the exhibition in the historic building between the Meier bakery and the main street. The exhibition will run for two years from May 2023.
