9 a.m - 12 a.m. Cheese maker's breakfast
9 a.m. - 11 a.m. Tête de Moine mini balloon ride
12 a.m. - 13 a.m. Nickless concert
1:15 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. Emmentaler AOP professional rolling qualification
3:15 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Emmentaler AOP rolling semi-final
3:30 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. Emmentaler AOP rolling – the duel of the giants Sempach x Renfer
3:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Emmentaler AOP rolling final
4:00 p.m. Announcement of rankings, competition draw & end of event
There will also be a children's paradise, an Emmentaler AOP kids' rolling course, free access to the King's Way, a photo bus, Tête de Moine tasting and a wheel of fortune throughout the day.
